Sonoma Valley Hospital invites you to our first annual Women's Health Fair, Spring Into Health! Join us for a cooking demo, speak with a physician expert, and learn about our women’s health services. Dr. Diwata Bose our new Women's Health Medical Director will also be on-site. We look forward to seeing you there!
- Cooking Demonstrations
Join a Ramekins Chef and our very own Dr. Scott Perryman for a cooking demonstration and nutrition presentation. Two sessions are being offered (same demonstration) at 9:30 am and 11:00 am. Please make sure to reserve your spot when you register -- space is limited!
- Integrative Health Activity: Guided Relaxation
Our Integrative Health instructors will provide a brief lecture and guided relaxation demonstration. Participants learn about the correlation between stress, inflammation, and how to use guided relaxation to block out background noise and reduce stress. The 25 minute demonstrations will be held on the outdoor patio at 9:00 am and 10:30 am.

Take a moment to sit down with one of our expert physicians and talk to them about any health questions or concerns you may have.
- FREE Health Screenings
Take part in free screenings, including an osteoperosis screening, biometrics test (BMI and body fat analysis) and blood pressure.
- Information Fair
Visit information tables and speak with our team -- topics include: maternity, breast health, pelvic health, total joint replacement, weight loss surgery, diabetes education, emergency and travel medicine, and senior services.
- Book Signing with Sonoma Valley Hospital CEO
Kelly Mather, CEO, is a published author and is on a mission to improve health! She will be doing a book signing and giving out complimentary books to the first 100 attendees of her book "The 5 Keys to Wellness" and the book she co-authored with Leslie Lovejoy, RN, PhD, "Create Your Health."
