Immerse yourself in fresh, spring-inspired authentic Italian pastas. Learn to make gnocchi, gnudi and traditional pasta with lovely spring sauces and accompaniments. Recipes include Gnocchi with Spring Lamb Bolognese, Ricotta Gnudi with Spring Vegetables, and Squid Ink Pasta with Truffles. $50

The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
