On the menu: Roasted Sunchokes with Gremolata; Warm Asparagus & Peas with Citrus, Leeks & Pancetta; Sweet Vanilla Cream with Strawberries

The first plants in the spring harvest are some of the most delicious and vibrant of the entire year. We find inspiration in fresh peas, crisp asparagus, sweet red strawberries and earthy sunchokes and we’re excited to give share some unique and flavorful ideas for utilizing these seasonal ingredients in your own kitchen. This class is part of our Cooking Live series.

About Cooking Live: Turn off the TV—we know you’re watching cooking shows anyway—and let our Culinary Center chef guide you through new recipes and techniques. These classes will feel like watching your favorite chef on TV, except we’re here to answer all of your culinary questions. The best part? You won’t leave feeling even hungrier than when you walked in!
