Join Oleana’s Chef de Cuisine, Cara Chigazola- Tobin, as she prepares for the bounty coming our way from local growers. This vegetable based class will help us shed some of the hearty eating we’ve been doing in the colder weather, and get our taste buds excited for local produce. She will share healthy recipes such as Moroccan Spiced Roasted Carrots and Cabbage and Kohlrabi Salad with Dill and Currant Vinaigrette. These recipes are sure to inspire our warm weather eating for the coming summer.
