This summit, first held in McLean, VA, in April 2012 and then in Baltimore in October is the region’s premier event in marketing, technology and media. This year we are adding sessions for sales, marketing and business development executives. The one-day events brought together sell-out gatherings of over 700 marketing and communications professionals to discuss high-level issues through a series of panels, keynotes, presentations and networking.
These events are co-produced by Capitol Communicator, the regions source for marketing and communications news and with Potomac Tech Wire, the region’s source for technology news. The themes focus on emerging technologies and trends in marketing communications. Topics include: metrics, mobile, sales, business development, multi-platform campaigns, online video campaigns, experiential advertising, B2B, B2C, and much more.
The summits explore the disruptive technologies that are creating a major shift in how marketing and communications professionals reach their audiences and decision makers. Attendees include CMOs, advertising, public relations, sales, marketing and business development executives, entrepreneurs, investors, technologists, brand marketers, creative directors, sales & business development, researchers and media planners. Over 60% of attendees have been management level and above at past summits.
Over 60% of attendees from past MAMS were senior-level executives. The following is a partial list of companies that have attended past Mid-Atlantic Marketing Summits:
