Speeding Up Safely in the Temporary Traffic Control Industry
WBCO, in conjunction with the J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship, presents the second annual lecture in the Henry D. Schmidt Series in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, featuring keynote speaker, Michele Doner.
Ms. Doner, President and Co-owner of Flagger Force Traffic Control Services, will share key business strategies that "provided steadfast support when business growth took off at 100 miles per hour" over the last seven years. She touches on the role of values-matching in hiring, the importance of surrounding a business with the right partnerships, and how the company's motto, Safety-Driven, guides decision-making everyday, at every level, from the roadway up to corporate headquarters.
In a change of format, this WBCO program will be held in Weinstock Hall in the Willman Business Center (WBC) on the main York College campus and will begin at 11:00 am. WBCO members, sponsors and VIP guests ONLY will join Michele Doner for lunch following the program in the Yorkview Room (WBC).
