Special Snowflake Supperclub Nordic/Pre-Colombian Feast:
a Seasonal Affective Dinner.
Is your heart in winter? Or are you dreaming of the warmth of summer sun? You don’t have to choose. We’ll embrace the Lands of Ice and Snow and hail the Kingdoms of the Sun at this late winter/precocious spring dinner. As always, we’ll start with cocktails and commerce: bring the fruits of your cottage industries or info to share about your small business.
The marvelous Ms. Tressa Yellig of Salt, Fire Time Kitchen will be collaborating on a course and overseeing the drinks.

Proposed menu will be posted on our Snowsupper Blog soon. The menu, suitable for omnivores and vegetarians alike, will likely include, among others, gravlaks, lefse, aquavit, beet soup, chile pastes, masa harina dumplings, pastry snowballs, lingonberry ice, and drinking chocolate.
