Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT) is a non-profit organization that administers third-party funded and self-funded pooled special needs trusts for individuals with disabilities.  CCT was established in 1990 by parents who hve a son or daughter with a disability and by concerned professionals, and has since served over 800 clients nationwide.
