Join us for a volunteer day the Spartan way!
Saturday, March 29 | 10 a.m.- 3 p.m.
647 S King Rd.
San Jose, CA 95116
Enjoy this special opportunity to help service our local community and learn how to plant, harvest, maintain crops and much more.
There will also be a potluck lunch from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
You are welcomed and encouraged to bring a healthy side, dish or snack to share.
Veggielution is a 6 acre non-profit community farm dedicated to creating a more sustainable food system in San Jose. They empower people to change the way they think about food by getting their hands in the soil, connecting with the land, and tasting the fruits of their labor.
We are going to meet at the red Veggielution farm stand at 9:30 a.m.
Wear closed toed shoes (tennis shoes, work boots, etc.) and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
It will likely be hot! Wear sun protection (especially a hat!), and bring a water bottle to keep hydrated throughout the day.
We can’t wait to see you!
