Idlewild’s language courses are practical and fun, and were recently featured in the "Best of New York 2012" issue of New York Magazine.
The classes are taught in our beautiful bookstore, not a stuffy classroom, and are limited to 14 students each.
Our Spanish for Beginners classes are taught by Juan Vallejo, a native of Colombia, or Susana Benitez, from Mexico. (Susana teaches the Tuesday class, Juan teaches the Thursday class.) Both have several years' experience teaching Spanish, including privately and in language schools, and use a dynamic, participatory method that gets students talking from the very first class.
Is this class for you?
