Soul Beach Music Festival events tickets or activities are sold separately through Soul Beach on-line or on sale at the Concierge desk in our group resort and hotel.

ROOM INFORMATION

The beachfront Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is located in the high-rise hotel section along Aruba’s Palm Beach. It is surrounded by pure white sand and shaded cabanas. It is an easy distance from dining and attractions. All studios and suites feature colorful Caribbean décor and offer full ocean views with private balconies. Standard amenities include fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioning, and cable television with dvd players and in-room safes.

Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort is located on a large, sparkling freshwater pool with stunning views of the beach located across from the resort. The Divi has a golf training facility and beautifully landscaped 9-hole golf course. The course surrounds a modern clubhouse with 2 gourmet restaurants and a water view lounge for mouthwatering cocktails and relaxing.

All Inclusive room accommodations & all-inclusive meal package includes taxes & service charges.

All-Inclusive Package - Available at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort Village only: room accommodations and all-inclusive meals, inclusive of taxes. This package requires a minimum of a four night stay. This plan includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The all-inclusive meal plan is valid for theme nights as well as entertainment. Taxes and service charges included. AlI inclusive packages purchased less than 7 days will only be valid for the last number of your week stay (4 night min).

Children: 17 & younger 2 free per room, additional children $75.00per child per night

Complimentary Policy

Incidental Charges. Guests will be individually responsible for all incidental charges including, without limitation, telephone, telefax and other business services, laundry, food and beverage, and other room charges. All amounts owed by guests are required to be paid in full upon checkout.

The resort will require a $300.00 security deposit for each room in the form of a credit card pre-authorization hold upon check-in. This transaction will not post to the credit card account as long as the guest balance is paid in full prior to check-out.

Flight Information

EACH GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN FLIGHTS

SGE has partnered with airlines to offer flights at a discount rate****

Group air availability is controlled solely by the airlines.

A deposit of $100 is required to secure this rate. Air travel deposits are non-refundable after September 26, 2014

****Airfare Group Rate Requirements: Group rates can only be guaranteed if there are 10 or more persons traveling from the same home airport on the same itinerary traveling to and from Aruba.

SGE will notify travelers if group requirements are met. If the requirement is not met, deposits can be transferred to your room package or refunded before September 27, 2014

Flights will be leaving from Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC and Atlanta GA

Package A - Departing 5/21/15 and Returning 5/25/15

Package B - Departing 5/21/15 and Returning 5/26/15

Flight rates will be released September 12, 2014 - if you choose to use the travel arrangements made by SGE.

Deposits will be due September 20, 2014

Transfers: Round trip transfers will be available if you choose the service. You will be picked up at the airport and transported to the resort. Gratuities for the driver are not included and it is customary to tip the driver. If you make your own flight arrangements, please email a copy to southerngirlzent@outlook.com by the final payment date of April 1, 2015.

Please note: We ONLY make transportation arrangements based on the dates of this trip for our group hotel. NO arrangements will made before ANY outside hotel arrangements outside of our travel dates. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel outside of our dates, if not at one of the designated Resorts.

General Information:

• Initial Room deposit due September 20, 2014
• Passports are required for this event. MUST provide passport information by February 1, 2015. Air clients ONLY.
• 50% MUST be paid by February 20, 2015, no exceptions.
• If we have NOT received your travel itineraries by March 20, 2015, YOU will be responsible for your OWN airport transportation to and from your chosen resort.
• Final payment for Air Travel, Room Rates, and Packages must be paid by April 1, 2015
• All payments are non-refundable or non-transferrable due to contractual obligations.
• You are encouraged to make monthly payments to keep your room secured. Non-payment can result in room cancellations.
• Rates are not guaranteed until deposit is received.
