Event Details

Join young school health leaders at the 2013 Southern California Y2Y Conference. The California School Health Centers Association and its Youth Board invite students to participate in this day-long event that will feature:

  • a safe, youth-driven space for students to network with one another
  • a symposium to spotlight student projects at different school-based health centers
  • workshops on health issues, community campaigning, and more!
2012 Y2Y Conference attendees in Sacramento

We encourage health centers to bring their full youth leadership teams. The event is free, and travel stipends are available upon request. To help us plan, please register each youth attendee with their full name, e-mail address, and health center affiliation. Please remember to register yourself, as well.

Once registered, please return the CSHC permission and release forms for each student to Kathleen Gutierrez at kgutierrez@schoolhealthcenters.org or 510-268-1318 (fax) by Friday, March 29, 2013.
