Have you ever been faced with the daunting task of getting a large project back on track? In this session, a seasoned project manager will show you some techniques to cut to the chase and get the information needed to make the key project management decisions that will move the project forward.

 

Speaker Bio: 

Willmour Daniels, PMP, MS Project MCTS/MCP
Over his career as a government employee/manager and as both an Accenture and independent consultant, Willmour has worked on a wide variety of projects in government (DOD, Postal, Child Services) and industry (Pharma and Chemical). He has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and 17+ years working as a project manager and in various project management roles.
