Taught by Moody Street Circus Cofounders & Directors Sacha and Melinda Pavlata. This session series will (for newcomers) introduce and (for those with some experience) build on a repertoire of skills and tricks on aerial fabric/silks, aerial hammock, aerial net, static trapeze, aerial hoop/lyra, cloud swing and Spanish Web. When your arms are tired, practice walking the low wire and rolling globe or balancing on the rola bola. We will start class with a group warm-up and end with conditioning. Focus will also be on proper form and drilling clean transitions.
Class size is limited to 10 people. Priority registration is given to current students. You must pre-register for the session series in order to participate. Email email@example.com with questions and to check whether this program is a good fit for you or your child. Waitlisted students will be contacted as space becomes available. All students must sign a waiver prior to participation in any activity at Moody Street Circus.
These classes are geared to beginners and beyond beginners. If you are more advanced and want to work on particular skills, let us know via email prior to the session.
