Nicole Litvak is a Solar Analyst at GTM Research with a focus on the downstream US solar market. In addition to tracking the competitive landscape of installers, financiers, and technology providers in the residential and commercial market segments, Nicole serves as editor of PVNews, the solar industry's longest running market research periodical. Nicole has prior internship experience in corporate sustainability, solar water heating, and business development. She graduated from Brandeis University magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa with majors in Economics and Psychology.

MJ Shiao is the Director of Solar Research for GTM Research and is a leading expert on PV inverters, electronics, and balance of system components. A 9-year veteran of the solar industry, MJ has experience ranging from fabrication of crystalline silicon solar cells to PV project development. Before joining GTM Research, MJ managed and designed several MWs of residential and commercial PV projects with Solar Design Associates. Prior to project management, MJ worked at the Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA) and the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). MJ holds a bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Delaware, where he was named a National Truman Scholar. A believer in the social benefits of solar power, MJ has researched, installed and tested rural off-grid PV in India and Thailand and formerly served on the Steering Committee of SustainUS, a non-profit engaging U.S. youth in sustainable development advocacy.

Greg Sellers, Vice President, Field Operations, Clean Power Finance, @CleanPwrFinance
Greg Sellers is a solar energy executive who has led industry efforts to increase quality and expedite the development of residential solar installations. Greg pioneered the development of residential solar inspections, founding and leading Burnham Energy, a company that inspected more than 2,500 systems in 31 states. He has spoken at major solar conferences, and is a founding member of SolarTech, an industry consortium seeking to resolve barriers to the adoption of solar energy. Prior to his work in the solar industry, Greg served as a public policy consultant for a wide range of public and private sector clients. He has a graduate degree in public policy from California State University Monterey Bay and the Panetta Institute, where he was named Panetta Institute fellow to the Academy of Achievement. Greg was elected and served three terms as City Councilmember in the Silicon Valley community of Morgan Hill, California.

Joe Brotherton, President, MaxGen Energy Services, @MaxGenServices
Joe brings years of experience from the solar PV O&M field and experience in execution of over 1GW of solar O&M contracts to his role as president  of MaxGen, an independent solar O&M service provider with 300 MW’s under contract.  In 2009, Joe was the Commercial Operations Manager at Advanced Energy Inc., managing their O&M sales and contract negotiations. In 2011, Joe led Swinerton Renewable Energy’s technical services team where he managed both the field operations team and the in-house SCADA team after their development of the utility-scale monitoring program, SOLV. Joe has been a speaker at numerous industry events, most recently at Solar Power Generation USA.

Dru Sutton, Technical Marketing Manager, SolarEdge, @SolarEdgePV
Dru Sutton leads the Technical Marketing group for SolarEdge in North America, focusing on highlighting the benefits of distributed solar power harvesting.  Since joining the solar industry in 2005, Mr. Sutton has worked in Applications, Sales, and Marketing at several international companies including REC Solar and Q-Cells.  He installed a grid-tied solar electric system on his home in 1998 and has a BS in Engineering from UC Davis.
