Join us to hear from Dr Roland Harrison, Director of the Centre for Viticulture and Oenology at Lincoln University as he talks about wine tannins and their contribution to the taste and texture of wine.
Roland will then follow his talk with a wine tasting of six different wines to illustrate some of the points made in his talk.
Attendence at the talk is free for all New Zealand Institute of Chemistry members, $2 coin donation for others.
Participation in the wine tasting will cost $10 per person
