SoDo presents an American Whiskey pairing experience on January 23, 2013 at 6 p.m. A four-course menu prepared by Executive David Stern will be paired with New York-based distillers Hudson Whiskey. This award-winning whiskey distillery is the first in New York since Prohibition, producing an array of compelling, full-bodied bourbon whiskeys which will be featured both in tasting samples and cocktails during SoDo's tantalizing dinner event.

FOURTH COURSE ~
Cold smoked Certified Angus Beef New York steak.
Point Reyes crust
Herb roasted turnips
Whiskey peppercorn sauce
- Paired with Hudson Baby Bourbon Whiskey
