Social Media Club San Francisco: The Happy Movie Screening
Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (PDT)
San Francisco, CA
Thanks to the efforts of our friend Dale Larson, we have a free screening to the new documentary, The Happy Movie, at the Roxie Theater (Wednesday July 6th) at 7:00pm.
This fantastic documentary by Academy Award nominated director Roko Belic tells us about the current science of happiness and the importance of connection and community in it. Roko's team is self-distributing and promoting this movie, so they can use your support sharing about it if you support their message.
Please note this movie starts at 7pm sharp, so we ask that everyone arrive around 6:45pm to get seated and ready to go. Also, parking can be tough in this neighborhood but available on Hoff Street, off of 16th between Valencia and Mission. Very reasonable rates. If you can take BART to 16th & Misson stop, that might be your best option. Local Muni are the 22 and 53 (both at 16th & Valencia), 33 (18th & Valencia), 14 (16th & Mission), 49 (16th & Mission) also stop near the theatre and are great public transportation options.
