Workout by TDM is coming your way, Thursday, July 18! Get ready to give your body a mega shot of muscle defining fitness this July with health and fitness coach, Traci D Mitchell. Spend a heart-pumping 45 minutes with Traci as she guides you through a series of bootcamp-style exercises that will work every part of your body, from head to toe. Workout by TDM is open to all fitness levels, with support for everyone from beginner to advanced. You’ll walk away feeling invigorated, energized, and ready for more!

5:45-6:30: Workout

6:30-7:30: Networking


PRICE

$10/person


WHAT TO BRING

Comfortable workout clothes, a towel, and water bottle.


PARKING

Street and lot parking is available. Scoozi offers $5 valet parking through Cocoon Care.


CHANGING/LOCKER ROOMS

Cocoon Care provides free changing area, lockers and showers. Participants must bring their own towel(s).


WORKOUT

The workout is “station-style” with exercisers spending about 2 minutes at each station, then rotating to the next.


Immediately after your workout, replenish your electrolytes with energy-boosting beverages compliments of Isagenix.
