Social Media Club Atlanta 3rd Annual PechaKucha Night - 20 slides, 20 seconds.
Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 6:00 PM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
On Thursday, April 11th, we're bringing back one of the most talked about and exciting evenings from the past 2 years - and having our April SMCATL meeting PechaKucha - or Lightning Talk - style!
For those of you who have never heard of PechaKucha, it's a simple, engaging and fast-paced presentation style where each presenter shows 20 images or slides, each for 20 seconds. Images advance automatically while the presenter speaks, resultig in a presentation that is exactly 6 minutes 40 seconds long. Also used by Ignite, and Lightning Talks, these presentations are fun, exciting, and can inspire.
PechaKucha started in Tokyo as a way for designers, architects, artists, and other creatives to meet, network and share their work. It's very social, and very fun. Learn more about PechaKucha at www.pecha-kucha.org.
