This session will review the gamut of various applications of social media and mobile technologies to help participants recognize and limit risks.  The session will explore exceptional uses of technologies to address clinical and operational challenges, improve outcomes and reduce costs.

Gain knowledge of legitimate and innovative uses of social media and mobile technologies that contribute to improved patient outcomes and experience.

Recognize the threats and develop strategies to manage the risks and minimize loss.
