Cancellation / Transfer / Privacy Policies

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing 30 days prior to the event, for a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing, by fax, email or postal mail. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person 48 hours prior to the event by providing authorization to us at info@socialfresh.com. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of Social Freshh LLC. is limited to the return of paid registration fees minus a $20 processing fee.

When signing up for Social Fresh, you agree to let us utilize your registration information for conference management and marketing purposes. We agree never to sell your information to a third party. You will receive communications from Social Fresh and appropriate sponsors relevant to your participation with the event. If you have any concerns about your registration information, please email them to info[AT]socialfresh.com.
