Build your strength, stamina, and fitness while playing soccer!
Soccer fitness classes consist of agility, strength, speed, and stamina exercises with and without a soccer ball. Sessions are designed for all skill levels and can be enjoyed by the most recreational or serious players, both men and women. As long as you’re ready to work hard and have fun this class is for you! Classes will be fast-paced and fun, a great workout that’s also a chance to meet new people and develop your soccer skills.
We will be on the east side of the large grass field in the middle of Wash Park. We should be easy to find as signage and equipment will be set up beginning at 8:30. The closest place to park would be on S. Franklin St. just south of E. Kentucky Ave.
