Linda Pullan

Pullan Consulting

Prior to Pullan Consulting, Ms Pullan was VP of Business Development of Kosan Biosciences, head of oncology and hematology licensing at Amgen, collaborations manager at what is now AstraZeneca, and in drug discovery research at what is now Pfizer. 


Carolyn Siegal

Siegal Consulting

Carolyn has extensive business development and new product strategy experience in the pharmaceutical industry and over 10 years of working with emerging and start-up companies,  Carolyn was president of Janus Pharmaceuticals Inc. and an executive at Xencor and Cell-Matrix.  She has obtained funding, entered into strategic alliances and achieved key research and business milestones. Earlier in her career, she was VP Business Development at Alpha Therapeutic, Manager New Product Marketing at Pfizer Inc., and a marketing research manager at Roche.  Carolyn has a masters of science in public health from UCLA.

The Southern California Biomedical Council is a nonprofit, member-supported trade association that supports and promotes life-science research, development, manufacturing, job creation and overall economic growth in the six counties that comprise the Greater Los Angeles region (Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Riverside and San Bernardino). The Council’s programs help local firms gain access to capital, potential partners and business support services. SoCalBio also promotes technology transfer and workforce training, while informing policy makers and the public at-large about the benefits of the region’s life-science industry.  SoCalBio is open to membership by firms and organizations engaged in life-science technology development and commercialization.
