Hello SoCal IDEA User Group Members,
First, thanks to all of you for your participation in the group these last few months. We owe those of you the IDEA answers and the Survey for our last on-site meeting. Sorry but things have been a little busy for both of us.
We will have an on-site meeting in June where we ask that you bring data that you are intersted in or need help with to this meeting. The user group will work as a group to get the data imported and take the analysis from beginning to end, as kind of a case study.
To that end, we will be sending out a draft charter and Non-disclosure agreement in advance of the meeting so that you can feel comfortable sharing with the group.
In the meantime, please let us hear from you about suggestions for topics and any other concerns or questions you may have.
Update on location 4/15/2013:
Park in the employee surface lot (not underground parking), which is located on San Clemente Dr. They should press the Help button and reference the training event to be admitted to the lot. Attendees will need to provide their name to Security once they enter the building. The training is on the Ground Floor – Pacific A Conference Room.
PacLife will have someone available to assist in getting everyone to the right location
