This two-evening (6-9 pm) workshop for aspiring entrepreneurs discusses the wide range of activities needed to bring your idea into the marketplace. It includes: what the process requires from the entrepreneur, planning an early-stage business, securing funding, and the types of considerations involved in getting an innovative product or service to market.

About This Workshop Leader
The workshop will be conducted by Larry Kubo, Managing Partner of 1st Wave Marketing Group, a management consulting firm specializing in marketing, sales, and business strategy for early stage companies.Prior to founding 1st Wave Marketing, Larry was General Manager of the Appliance
Software Division for Veritas Software and before that, Vice President of
Marketing for NetApp. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, M.S. in
Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
