Sneak Preview Day at St. Mary's Springs Academy
Friday, November 15, 2013 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (CST)
Fond du Lac, WI
Every year SMSA invites all current 7th and 8th grade students to the high school as a way to immerse themselves in the Springs experience. The 7th graders will spend the day with our teachers and Student Ambassadors enjoying eight 25-30 minute classes. All of these classes will involve interactive learning activities specific to each academic department. The students may take part in an exciting science experiment, play a game of Bible Trivia in theology, or learn how to throw a pot on the potter's whele in art class, to name just a few.
The 8th graders will start the morning taking the ACT Explorer Test, which is a requirement for acceptance to St. Mary's Springs Academy. After lunch the 8th graders will take part in two sessions that will highlight the many academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth opportunities that SMSA offers.
Complementary lunch will be provided for all who attend. As in the past, SMSA will provide transportation to and from the event for many students that reside in the outlying areas of Fond du Lac. Sneak Preview Day is a great time for students to make new friends as well as develop a deeper understanding of the opportunities that await you on the Ledge!
Registration is required for this event. Please contact the Office of Enrollment Management and Communication at (920) 322-8008 or email@example.com for additional information.
