"Shut Up & Listen" - By Brian Ambrozy
The first part of any successful social media strategy is to learn how to listen to what's going on via the social channels. By listening you can learn what is being said about you or your brand, about your competition, what potential customers want and what actual customers are experiencing. You can learn what your competition is doing, what are the needs in the marketplace or just how to go about social business in general.
In this class, Brian will talk about the art and science of listening via social media. He will talk about how to go about it, what to listen for, why it's important and what tools you can use to enhance your social listening.
Brian is the Curator of Delightful Experience and Detroit's most passionate online community manager. Cultivating communities, making connections and introductions, and having a unique talent for knowing the right people to make things happen is what he does. He enjoys nothing more than nudging people out of their comfort zones and exposing them to new and wonderful places, people, and things.
The class will begin shortly after 6:30 with time for questions afterward.
