We went to SocialMedia.Org, one of the largest local employers of community managers and social media marketers, to find out how they find and qualify talent.

Speaker: Brian Parks, Vice President at SocialMedia.org


Brian Parks has almost two decades of leadership experience. Mr. Parks' roles have spanned Direct Sales, Digital Media, Channel Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Digital Product Development, Marketing, Project Management and Supply Chain. As the Vice President of Community Development at SocialMedia.org, Brian runs the team responsible for the recruitment of new Fortune 1000 members and partnerships.

Brian came to SocialMedia.org from a successful background helping technology startups grow revenues and build maturity around the overall sales and business development organizations. As Senior Vice President, Publisher Business at Tippr, Brian was responsible for strategy, sales, partnerships, digital product management, marketing, implementation and account management teams.
