SMALL GROUP LEADER TRAINING 1 – LT1

The purpose of this class is to train and equip our small group hosts and group members to lead groups in a way that is consistent with God's Word. We require each host to take this initial Leadership Training Class. This is the first class in Saddleback's Leadership Development Pathway. Learn how to share the leadership load, resolve conflict, empower and equip others, manage your own group website, and many other ways to create and sustain a healthy small group. All members of the small group are invited to participate. At a minimum the host and the co-host or another member should attend. This is also a good refresher course if it's been more than a few years since you've last attended this class. As Saddleback grows and changes, so too does our training material.
