Small Business Outreach Event
Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (PST)
Small and disadvantaged business owners are invited to a networking and information meeting hosted by KPFF Consulting Engineers and Notkin Mechanical Engineers.
KPFF and Notkin hold prime contracts with state and federal agencies that contain small and disadvantaged business utilization goals for professional service firms (architectural and engineering services). This event will provide an opportunity to network with firm and agency representatives. A brief presentation will provide information about the contracts and how teams are formed.
Small and disadvantaged professional service firms are invited, including but not limited to:
- Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB)
- Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)
- Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone)
- Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB)
- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)
Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring copies of a one-page firm capability statement.
Light hors d'oeurves will be served.
Parking is available in nearby garages. The hotel is also accessible via multiple bus lines and link light rail trains in the downtown transit tunnel and on the street.
The event is free, but registration is limited. Firms must RSVP online before end of day on Monday, January 14.
