Slow Food Marin-Petaluma introduces a series of Slow Suppers,

held in restaurants around Marin and Petaluma!  

Our first stop is...

An Evening at Vin Antico 

Monday, August 1
6:30 pm


Chef Ed Vigil will prepare a three-course summer menu showcasing the best of Marin’s agricultural bounty. 

During the evening, we'll meet with Chef Vigil, owner Kerri Cerundulo and wine director Tyler McNinch.  We'll also have a chance to talk with Mark Pasternak of Devils Gulch Ranch, and enjoy visits from another local producer or two!

First Course:

Star Route Little Gems Salad 

Topped With Pickled Radishes, Point Reyes Blue Cheese Crumbles &

About the restaurant

Vin Antico is an urban trattoria and wine bar committed to serving local and organic food. Chef Ed Vigil works closely with local farmers to select the best seasonal produce from the farmers markets. The regularly changing menu offers small shareable plates, homemade pastas and cured meats.

Vin Antico is located at 881 Fourth Street in San Rafael.  They are open for dinner seven nights a week and has a stall at the Thursday night farmers market in San Rafael.
