Join us for a holiday celebration at the restaurant Vitaly, the newest eatery at The Camp, for some on the house hot and cold teas, sparkling and still water and samples of their house specialty Piadina, a flat bread, and Cassone, a calzone made from Piadina. We will talk a bit about Slow Food Orange County's upcoming events and projects and hear about the history of Piadina.
All guests will also enjoy a 10% discount for the evening if you choose to purchase additional food or gelato.

Slow Food International originated in Italy and now Italy has come to us via Vitaly. The owners of Vitaly have created a restaurant that brings the very best authentic products of Italy to Orange County. Including the flat bread Piadina made on the premises and delicious gelato and italian coffee.
Where do the proceeds go?
All proceeds go to support our non-profit endeavors including supporting food artisans and supporting community gardens in Orange County.
Becoming a Member
If you want to join us at the mixer for free and you are not already a Slow Food member you can sign up and pay for membership when you RSVP here. When you checkout there will be a membership option choose the membership level you like and please provide your home address so we can send you your membership card.
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case the event is canceled.

Slow Food is an international member-supported non-profit organization. Its aim is to spread food culture, to develop sensory and taste education, to protect biodiversity and to promote quality in food, the environment and social life. Slow Food Orange County is a local chapter of Slow Food U.S.A. which works to carry out the Slow Food mission on a local level. The Orange County convivium is a member-supported organization made up of a diverse group of food enthusiasts.
