Join Slow Food Shoreline and John Ginnetti, Owner and Mixologist of 116 Crown, as we explore the evolution of the cocktail. Learn the history of cocktail making, from classic favorites through to today’s contemporary innovations.
Slow Cocktails are about more than just sustainability and using local ingredients, they’re also about flavor. They should be delicious, and prepared and enjoyed in a thoughtful way. Follow John as he prepares cocktails the Slow Food way – with no prefab mixers – only fresh squeezed juices, homemade syrups, artisanal bitters, and the finest spirits.
Slow Cocktails will be held from 3-5PM, Saturday Aug 11th, at 116 Crown in New Haven. Weather permitting, we’ll be learning outside on the new garden patio. You must be 21 years old to attend (because Yes, there will be tasting!).
Space is limited, so reserve your ticket today!
