Studies have shown that the quality of your sleep may improve your health and recovery from disease. Join clinical psychologist Cindee Rolston, Ph.D., as she discusses sleep hygiene. Participants will learn about the biology of sleep and ways to improve daily habits that may help turn your sleep from “Argh!” to “Zzzz.” After the presentation, there will be time for questions and discussion with the instructor and fellow participants.
