Simplified Physical Excercises (Based on Bio-Magnetism)

An anti-ageing exercise. It just takes 7 minutes a day to practice. Ancient practice of rejuvenation of the entire human system, increasing vitality, immunity and retarding of the ageing process. Anybody who is 14 yrs and above can learn and enjoy the benefits.

Lunch will be provided for registered attendees.
Pls bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothes (like gym pants, t-shirts) for doing exercises.

12.15 p.m - 1.15 p.m- Lunch
1.15 p.m - 1:30 p.m - Agna meditation
1.30 p.m - 4.30 p.m - Kayakalpa Yoga - Explanation & Practical (Including Bio Break in between)
4.30 p.m - 4.45 p.m - Agna Meditation
4:45 p.m - 6:00 p.m - Feedback & Wrap-up
