Paired with a full-bodied Red Zinfandel


Tuna Tartare

Grade ‘A’ sashimi tuna tossed with cilantro and fresh ginger; drizzled in sweet and sticky soy and garnished with wasabi pea dust

Crème Caramel

Vanilla bean ice-cream sitting in a delicious pool of home-made crème caramel; garnished with crumbled red velvet cake
