Share SIP & BID: A Wine Social and Silent Auction

Event Details

This is a wine social and silent auction to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).  All proceeds from this event will be donated to LLS.  The mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of cancer patients and their families. 

 

Admission includes: open wine bar, appetizers, one raffle entry, and a bid number for participation in the silent auction.  Additional raffle entries may be purchased online and at the event.  Multiple raffle prizes will be awarded; you do not need to be present to win. 

BONUS! We are excited to announce that we will have several massage therapists on hand to rub your aches and stresses away!

 

Admission Tickets: $25 in advance, $35 at the door. 

Additional Raffle Entries: $5 each

 

This will be a fun, casual event.  If you cannot attend, please consider purchasing a raffle ticket or making a donation to the cause.

AUCTION RULES


Bidding for the silent auction will be open 6:00 to 8:30 pm. Bidders must be present to bid on auction items. Auction winners will be announced following the raffle drawing, at approximately 9:00 pm. Auction winners must be prepared to pay for their items by cash, check or credit card, and take their items home, on the evening of the event. All auction sales are final.

 

RAFFLE RULES


Multiple prizes will be awarded. Attendance is not required. Winners will be selected by random draw following the close of bidding for the silent auction, at approximately 8:40 pm. To keep costs low and maximize proceeds to charity, we ask that raffle winners not in attendance pick up their prizes within 14 days of being notified of winning. Prizes not timely claimed will be forfeited.

 

REFUND POLICY


We regret that we cannot offer refunds for this event.


PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

TAXI SERVICE WILL BE CALLED UPON REQUEST (AT GUEST'S EXPENSE).
