Joseph Solomon is a poet, musician, and comedian, among other things, but mostly known for hosting an online video ministry called chaseGodtv, a YouTube channel aimed at helping young adults navigate through practical ways of living out the Christian life. Young Christians across the world have been tuning in for two years and being challenged on topics such as being a Christian on a college campus, dating, overcoming pornography, prayer and other Christian issues. He is committed to approaching every topic with the gospel of Christ being the solution to all.
Joseph, more commonly known as just Joe, was raised in church, yet struggled heavily with questions and doubts of the Christian faith in college. The Lord was gracious in eventually giving him comfort in the absolute truth of gospel. He made a profession of faith at an early age, but truly became committed to a life in Christ in 2010.
Joseph was raised in small town Copperas Cove, Texas near a large military base. He graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Biblical Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Houston. He currently resides in Houston, Texas and serves as a layman and a worship leader at Genesis Church, an Acts 29 Network church plant in Spring, Texas. His chief purpose is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
