We hope you’ll join St. John’s in assisting single mothers and their families in the transition from crisis to self-sustainability. Together we can help these women break the cycle of poverty and homelessness to become productive role models for their children. Your support makes their journey to independence possible.

When & Where
St. John's Shelter Program for Women and Children
St. John's Shelter Program for Women and Children empowers homeless women with children to transition from crisis to self-sufficiency. Our comprehensive program moves far beyond "housed, fed and clothed" to include crucial economic and social reintegration. While clients live in our shelter or supportive housing facilities, we offer mental health services, educational assistance, and extensive, on-the-job employment training at one of our three social enterprises. At the end of this 18-month program, mothers are prepared to become the providers of first resort for their families. To date, 94 percent of graduates have been placed in employment.
Please contact Jamie at email@example.com with any event questions.
