As an Analyst with Gartner’s Small and Midsize Business (SMB) practice, Susan focuses on supporting midsize companies as they adopt business intelligence and Microsoft® SharePoint® applications. She also aids clients in their development of application strategies and portfolio management practices. Past projects include managing and commercializing new software solutions, creating pricing plans, building sales and marketing programs, training end-users and managing solution portfolios for technologies in the areas of telecommunications, networking, business intelligence and portals.
