Join Sofra’s Chef de cuisine, Geoff Lukas, as he teams up with Jason Doo (of Kinsai) to take a deeper look at the ideas, techniques and ingredients that were shared across the Asian continent. They will share recipes such as Chinese Tomato Eggs and Persian Pashmak that we can make in our own homes.
