This 5-week introductory course in Silence Meditation will give you the foundation for a solid and affirmativemeditation practice that will change your life. Based on traditional meditation techniques, the Silence Meditation Practice makes it easy for beginners to establish a powerful practice on a regular basis, while benefiting from its unique approach to the core principles of silence and meditation. This course is open to everyone. Previous experience is not required. Advanced students are welcome to join and strengthen their knowledge and practice.
