This year, why not make your own Christmas Tree lights using our individually addressable RGB LEDs, the workshop includes a 25, 50 or 100 LED string, a power supply and all the help you need to assemble it and get it working.
You will need to bring an Arduino of some form, or you can use a shrimp (Arduino on a breadboard) that we willbe selling at the event for £12.
Here's an example of the lights running under a shrimp.

Southampton's Makerspace - we believe that everyone, from any background, should be able to learn new skills and make new friends. To enable this, we run a Makerspace where members can use our resources and tools to create amazing new things. Our members love to share knowledge and skills, so lack of experience is not a problem! We’re not for profit – ran by our members for our members.
