Event Details

Shop with a Maximized Living Doctor at a local health food store to learn to read labels, recognize the dirty dozen and clean fifteen, learn about the better oils, meats and what is best to buy in bulk!

Shopping smart for nutrition can seem like a daunting task. How can I ensure healthy purchases for my family? What foods do I avoid?  Let us teach you how to perfect the shopping process so that nutrition is second nature, and health is a first priority.

There is no obligation to buy, just a great information session about better food choices for you and your family!

We can meet at the practice at 9:30 a.m. for those that want to follow us there. Space is limited!
