"Shooting JFK a conversation with photographer Willie Allen". Willie is a North Little Rock resident who was working as a United Press International (UPI) photographer In the 60's. He was assigned to the 1961 Democratic Convention in LA when JFK won. He then traveled to Austin and worked with LBJ. Was Photographing JFK in Ft. Worth at the Democratic Breakfast and traveled to Dallas on the day of the assassination. He was the photographer who rushed into the Book Observatory while the Presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was still in the building. His photo's were used worldwide in the coverage of JFK's death. He was friends of Jack Ruby who later shot Oswald and was on the scene to develop the Pulitzer Prize winning photo of Oswald's being shot by Ruby.
