Ann Hoeger: Innovation Gunslinger who has worked in brand at P&G, SC Johnson, and Wrigley (as a freelancer)... and has worked for both agencies and CPG companies, passionately helping them understand the consumer to create new marketing communication, experiences, and products. Ann also founded SWIM (Savvy Women In Marketing) - a networking community of over 700 executive women marketers whose mission is to promote, develop, and inspire executive women marketers. Xenia Demo: President and Designer at Moox & Haddon Studio, with over twelve years of creative design experience. Her work is based on a simple idea: Good design meets a client's goals. She's created design solutions for clients ranging from large companies to local businesses, and can inspire teams of great professionals who know how to get the work done.
Beckie O'Connor: Senior Art Director at Havas Worldwide with 8 years of design experience. Above and beyond working at the agency, she designs and provides strategy consultanting for a few start-up companies as well as for the non-profit, Purdue Alumni Club of Chicago. From designing brand identities, packaging, signage, websites, emails, and helping prioritize marketing efforts, she creates great solutions for their budgets. She also helps her husband build a health and wellness business using her design and marketing background to reach their network.
