Eight presenters will be selected onsite from vendors in attendance by way of a business card drawing. If a business card is drawn, but the vendor does not have a PowerPoint or Visio Presentation prepared, that vendor will be disqualified, and another business card will be drawn. Only one business card per company can be entered and that person should be the one to present.
Selected participants will have the opportunity to deliver a 15-minute presentation in front of a live audience and 9 Shark Tank judges. Following each presentation, there will be a 5-minute Question and Answer period. Each vendor will have a maximum of 20 minutes in total; for each minute a vendor goes over the allotted timeframe, two points will be deducted from their total score.
Each vendor’s presentation will be evaluated based on the Presentation Criteria document located on Eventbrite. Please read it carefully and prepare your presentation accordingly. From the eight vendor presentations, one Grand Prize winner, one First Runner-Up and one Second Runner-Up winner will be selected.
What will you win?
The Grand Prize winner will win an iPad and spend a full day with eight judges and be introduced to their procurement and buying team, learn their RFP/procurement process, get tips, advice and strategies on how to grow their business and enjoy a delicious lunch.
The First Runner-Up will spend a full day with his or her choice of five judges. All details of the day with each of the judges remain the same.
The Second-Runner-Up will spend a full day with his or her choice of three judges. All details of the day with each of the judges remain the same.
