When should I arrive?
Arrive Monday, June 16 by 5pm to attend our Opening Reception on the Time Inc. 8th Floor Terrace.
Conference hours are June 17, 8am-5pm.
Registration opens at 7am.
Continental buffet breakfast begins at 7:30am.
Lunch will be served.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Using the email address you registered with, send the new guest's name and email to email@example.com. Allow at least 72 hours prior to event start.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. Send any change of your own information to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Not required, but a good idea. If we don't have your registration AND you don't have your printed ticket, you'll need to register at the door.
What is the refund policy?
Because credit card companies charge higher rates if we issue refunds, we don't. Instead, you may transfer your registration to another guest up to 72 hours prior to the conference.
