The After Hours Kubbeh Project is a temporary restaurant that will serve updated Jewish Iraqi comfort food in a creative environment. The kubbeh project will live for 21 days, starting March 1, at Zucker Bakery in NYC’s East Village.

Deconstructive Sabich: Roasted Eggplant, Haminados Eggs, Amba, Tahina Drizzles with Tomato Seeds, Chopped Salad
Spicy Fish Balls with Okra and Yogurt
When Dumpling Meets Meatball... Your Choice of Kubbeh Stew:
Beet, Pumpkin or Hamusta. Served with Rice and Tarshi Pickles
Zucker’s cookies plate: pistachio & dates / Sage tea
Dinner will be served with selected wines
